At SongUnboxed, your satisfaction is our top priority. We create every song with care and we stand behind our work. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if we are unable to deliver a song that meets the specifications you provided in your quiz. We want every customer to be thrilled with their custom song.
Free Revisions First
Before requesting a refund, we ask that you take advantage of your 2 free revisions (included with every order). Revisions allow us to adjust lyrics, melody, genre style, or voice to better match your vision. Most concerns are resolved through the revision process.
To request a revision, reply to your song delivery email or contact us at hello@songunboxed.com within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Refund Situations
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- We fail to deliver your song within 5 business days of the promised delivery window
- The delivered song does not match the basic specifications you provided (wrong language, wrong genre, wrong recipient name) and revisions do not resolve the issue
- You experience a technical issue preventing access to your song and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:
- You simply changed your mind after the song was delivered
- You provided incorrect information in your quiz and did not request a revision
- The song has already been shared with or gifted to the recipient
- More than 30 days have passed since the song was delivered
- The request is based on subjective personal taste after revisions have been offered and used
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email hello@songunboxed.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond within 1–2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Express Orders
Express (24-hour) orders are subject to the same refund policy. The express fee is refundable only if we fail to deliver within the express timeline.
